The game only has 8 pages of rules and a playing time of 1 hour or less so you will be picking the sand from your shorts in no time in this exciting, fast paced game of decision in the desert. The 2 player game combat system does not use dice for combat. Combat is based on what side has the most strength AND best types of units present in the battle.
Players must decide what and when to commit their units to the battle. Keeping supply lines open and forward units in supply is a key element in the game. Also, unit speed plays a role for attacking and defending units and retreats.
The Card Decks Cards are included in the game for both sides that add resources to both German and Commonwealth players. The cards are poker size and printed on premium linen finish. The cards provide provide limited power, just enough to ensure that neither player can predict his opponents movements or strength.
